If an item appears to have no price or field to indicate quantity, then this item is temporarily out of stock. Please check back as we will have these items available again soon.
Browse our website and follow the online order process as you select items for your shopping bag.
We will email you a confirmation of your order within 24 hours, including order # and total amount to be charged.

Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item that is on our website. If you place an order for an item that we do not have in stock, we will notify you immediately by telephone and suggest another item or if you wish to wait we will back order the item for you.
If your shopping bag is not checked out yet, just press the remove button on the Shopping Cart page. Once you've checked out, we may not be able to cancel an order. Please call us at 1-800-228-5987 to speak with our Customer Service Department if there is a need to cancel.
You will be asked for a shipping address when you enter your order. Please enter the gift recipient's information as requested. Don't forget a phone number! Even if you don't gift wrap an item, you can include a gift message by typing in your message in the box provided. Don't forget to say whom the gift was from so they know who to thank!
Shipping/Order Tracking Process
SHIPPING & HANDLING is the charge for store and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift packaging and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. SHIPPING & HANDLING is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:

Standard Delivery - Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST).

Three-Day Delivery - If requested, add $20.00 to standard SHIPPING & HANDLING. Your order should arrive in 3 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). Please note three-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be processed Tuesday and should arrive the next business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. All zip codes are not available for this service.

Two-Day Delivery - If requested, add $25.00 to standard SHIPPING & HANDLING. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be processed Tuesday and should arrive the next business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. All zip codes are not available for this service.

Overnight Delivery - If requested, add $35.00 to standard SHIPPING & HANDLING. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be processed Tuesday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. All zip codes are not available for this service.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries - Add $30.00 to the applicable SHIPPING & HANDLING charges. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST).
Items ordered together may be delivered separately, and the SHIPPING & HANDLING will be allocated over shipments but not necessarily evenly. Some orders may require more than one package to ship; for these shipments the additional charge for two-day and overnight deliveries would be a per package charge.

Returns may affect final SHIPPING & HANDLING charges. SHIPPING & HANDLING charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Returns for reasons due to Amen Wardy Aspen will receive SHIPPING & HANDLING credit as SHIPPING & HANDLING was allocated, which may result in a final SHIPPING & HANDLING charge after return that differs from quoted rates.

SHIPPING & HANDLING may vary between store orders and internet orders.

SHIPPING & HANDLING in parentheses by an item are in addition to standard SHIPPING & HANDLING unless otherwise indicated.

Certain consumer commodities are considered hazardous materials, such as aerosols, nail polish, fragrances and other alcohol based products. Our policy is to ship these items as standard SHIPPING & HANDLING to U.S. locations and to prohibit the shipping to international locations.

If you request to change the destination address of a shipment en route, an additional charge may be assessed.

The following delivery and processing costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Perishable & Heat Sensitive Goods - Certain gourmet foods and heat sensitive items, such as candles are shipped via air within the contiguous USA only. These items cannot be delivered to PO boxes and cannot be gift wrapped. Delivery of perishables is available Tuesday through Friday only; no Saturday, Sunday, Monday or holiday deliveries.
The freight charge you see reflects the additional cost to ship an oversized item. This amount is added to the regular shipping charges, as detailed in the chart above. Due to their size and weight, we are unable to ship some items outside the continental United States.
Furniture Delivery - Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight), as well as certain items that require extensive assembly or setup, are delivered using our White Glove service. To find out if an item qualifies for this service, please call 1-800-228-5987.
White Glove Service is usually reserved for heavy and oversized items, such as furniture and fixtures. The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (including up or down stairs), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials.

Is there a charge for White Glove service? The White Glove charge is included in the cost of Additional Shipping, specified with the item price on the website product page.

How is White Glove delivery scheduled? Our designated carrier for your area will contact you by telephone several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time. White Glove delivery is not available on weekends or national holidays.

What is the process for returns? If the furniture arrives damaged, or is damaged in the delivery/setup process, the carrier will re-crate and return it to Amen Wardy Aspen, at no charge to you. If it is returned for another reason, a pickup fee may apply.
Yes once your order is shipped you will receive a UPS tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment. If you have not received a tracking number or if you have any additional questions, please contact us at or 1-800-228-5987.

Gift Cards
Absolutely, Amen Wardy Home Gift Cards are black, sleek and sexy. Although featured in certain denominations online, Gift Cards can be purchased in any denomination. Each gift card will be gift wrapped in our signature leopard box and mailed to your recipient with an Amen Wardy Home enclosure card expressing your special message. Your gift recipient will be able to enter the gift card number upon checkout.
Yes! Simply go shopping in our online store, and use the number located on the back of the gift card during the check out process. Please note: our online shopping cart does not automatically deduct the amount of your gift card as the funds must be verified. This however, will take place as soon as the order is received. Once the available gift card funds are verified, the amount of your order will be deducted from your gift card balance when your order is shipped. Your credit card information is required if you are using a gift card in the event that there is a remaining balance. After verifying the available funds on your gift card if there is no remaining balance your credit card will not be charged.
Our gift cards are redeemable for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, we do however make every effort to accommodate recently expired cards. You can use these to purchase items through our website but your transaction will also require a credit card (see above). They can be used in our store or to make an online purchase. If you are ordering by phone please let the customer service agent know your gift card number. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Unfortunately No.....The Amen Wardy store located in Las Vegas was separately owned and operated. Consequently we can not verify or honor gift certificates issued from that store or from the previous website that was also part of that location.
Payment Methods
If your order is shipped within the state of Colorado, we are required to charge you state and or local tax on your purchase. If your item is shipped out of the state of Colorado then you are not charged sales tax.

Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination. Amen Wardy Home makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.
Your order will appear on your credit card statement the same day that the items ship. If an item is on back order, you will not be charged until it ships. However, your total freight charge will be included on the first charge.
Return Policy
If you wish to return merchandise we will exchange the product, credit your account or issue a refund promptly within 30 days of purchase (WE DO NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS). The product must be un-opened and in its original condition. If the item is not in it's original condition, Amen Wardy may consider the return with a restocking fee. If any products you have purchased are damaged or defective, or part of an incorrect shipment, we will contact UPS to have them picked up.
There are two ways you can return merchandise to us.

1. Take your return to our store. Please bring your invoice or receipt.

2. Return it to us by mail. If you choose to mail your return, please complete the Return Form located on the back of your packing list included with your package. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping, and enclose your completed Return Form. If you do not have the Return Form please include a note letting us know why you are returning the package and how you would like us to proceed with your return/exchange/refund. For your convenience, the Return Form includes a pre-addressed Return Label that you may use to ship the package back to us. Simply attach the label to your package and ship it back to us. Please note that the shipping is not prepaid.
Merchandise that is returned in its original condition will be processed for return, HOWEVER WE DO NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS. If your merchandise arrived damaged or defective, we'll be glad to reimburse your shipping costs.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your gift, we will either replace it or exchange it for another item or issue an Amen Wardy gift card for the amount of the return.
No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise, Food Items or Holiday Merchandise unless defective. Final Sale Merchandise is identified on the product page of the website or by the Customer Service Representative when you place an order. It is also identified in the confirmation email and the packing slip. We will allow you to exchange a Final Sale Item for another color, depending on availability.
Special orders, special items or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Special items are identified on the product page of the website or by the Customer Service Representative when you place an order. These items are final sale only.

Important: Amen Wardy Aspen will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a 'store credit' and a re-stocking fee up to 50% of the item value may apply
Since our Aspen store carries so many more items than our website, please return your store purchases to the store.
Yes.
Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing cycles. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Yes we are happy to gift wrap your purchases. There is a slight charge for each gift wrapped box. Your gift message will be included on an Amen Wardy enclosure card.
