Amen Wardy Home is also known as home of the Big White Dog! If Dog is man's best friend then Timba is Amen's best friend. Timba Wardy, Amen's Great Pyrenees was born on December 12, 1996. In Paonia, Colorado, one of sixteen puppies, Timba is an impressive 32" tall and a massive 45" long. He weighs approximately 170 pounds.

Timba possesses a very calm and placid nature. This has allowed him to gently roam in and around the store. The exception to this is if Timba perceives a threat to his place as king of the best store in town, arising only if a male dog attempts to enter thru the big glass door at the entrance of Amen Wardy Home.

Timba possesses a very keen sense of sight and smell and is constantly very aware of his surroundings. He consequently always knows before anyone else that beautiful and delicious merchandise will be arriving soon.
Timba has a special love of small children and makes for an excellent host and companion for Amen's little shoppers.

Timba is highly intelligent and very perceptive. He has wonderful taste and may at times give you a nudge to help you select just the perfect item. Timba loves leopard print and will be especially pleased if he sees you exit the store with an Amen Wardy shopping bag.

Wonderful Timba adorned note cards can be purchased in the store and online. You are invited anytime to come in and visit us and pose with Timba for your own picture. However, we might recommend that you call ahead in case it's his day off.
